Thirst

This piece was done on a 18 X 24 masonite board.
Acrylic Paint and Charcoal

STEPS:
-I put a coat of gesso on the board
-I sketched on the drawing of the girl with pencil
-I then bloched on where I saw fit white paint for the highlights of the facial features such as the cheek bone, chin, forehead, under the eyebrow, and parts of the nose
-Next was the shadow or darker parts of the face, here i blotched on shades of darker grey
-Blend using paint brush and sometimes my fingers :)
-Add details with paint, like more highlights
-Brush blue background for more contrast between face and board
-And Finally add the last details with charcoal pencil

  1. ThIRST is my favorite piece so far. I would like to purchase this art piece. Will you have a print available at TOMORROW? I plan on showing up later in the evening so save me one :) You know who I am. I have hair like you... And I'm your biggest fan. You're amazing.
